SBI Cards allots 685 equity shares under ESOP

SBI Cards & Payment Services has allotted 685 equity shares under ESOP on 24 September 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital as increased to Rs. 9,51,64,37,830/- consisting of 95,16,43,783 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each.
