Aarti Industries allots 14,669 equity shares under ESOP

Aarti Industries has allotted 14,669 equity shares of Rs.5/- each fully paid-up under the Aarti Industries Limited Performance Stock Option Plan 2022 (PSOP 2022).

Post this allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company and increased to Rs 1,81,37,06,820/- (divided in to 36,27,41,364 equity shares of Rs 5/- each).
