Aditya Birla Capital has allotted 69,044 equity shares under ESOP on 24 September 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs 27,37,79,59,480 (i.e. 2,73,77,95,948 equity shares of face value of Rs 10/- each).
