Board of Sakuma Exports to consider proposal for fund raising

The board of Sakuma Exports will meet on 30 September 2026 to consider the proposal for raising of funds for meeting the financial requirements of the Company, through issuance of equity shares, securities, convertible instruments or such other permissible securities, by way of such mode as may be considered appropriate, subject to applicable statutory and regulatory approvals, including approval of the shareholders, and to appoint necessary intermediaries, if any.
