Board of Bharat Parenterals to consider preferential issue of shares

The board of Bharat Parenterals is scheduled to be held on 29 September 2026 inter alia, to consider and  approve the proposal for issuance of equity shares or such other eligible securities by way of Preferential Issue and other incidental business matters, if any.
