Indo Borax & Chemicals raises Rs 225 cr for acquisition of Kronox Lab Sciences

Indo Borax & Chemicals has availed funding of Rs 225 crore from a lending institution on 23 September, 2026 for the purpose of financing the acquisition of equity shares of Kronox Lab Sciences.
