Urja Global announced that Amitav Roy, Chief Executive Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company, has tendered his resignation from the position of Chief Executive Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company vide his resignation email dated 24 September 2026. His resignation shall be effective from 25 September 2026.
