MAS Financial Services raises Rs 175 cr via private placement of NCDs

MAS Financial Services has allotted 1,75,000 rated, listed, senior, secured, redeemable, transferable, taxable, non-convertible debentures denominated in Indian Rupees, having a face value of Rs 10,000 each and an aggregate nominal value of Rs 175 crore (Debentures) on a private placement basis. Further, the Debentures have been rated CARE AA-/Stable by CARE Ratings.
