Minda Corporation board approves NCD issuance of up to Rs 500 cr

The board of Minda Corporation at its meeting held on 24 September 2026 has approved raising funds of upto Rs. 500 crore through issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures on a private placement basis, in one or more tranches, for various funding requirements, from time to time.
