Motilal Oswal Financial Services plans Rs 900-cr NCD issuance

Motilal Oswal Financial Services has approved the issuance up to 90,000 fully paid, Secured, Rated, Redeemable, Listed, Senior Bonds in the nature of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of face value of Rs. 1,00,000 each for an amount up to Rs. 900 crore on private placement basis.
