PC Jeweller allots 1.18 cr equity shares on conversion of warrants

PC Jeweller has allotted 1,18,52,500 equity shares on conversion of warrants on 23 September 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs 977,13,94,855/- (comprising of 977,13,94,855 equity shares of Re 1/- each).
