Callista Industries allots 4.53 lakh equity shares on conversion of warrants

Callista Industries has allotted 4,53,412 equity shares on conversion of warrants on 23 September 2026. Post allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 10 crore divided into 1,00,00,000 equity shares of face value Rs. 10/- each.
