India Shelter Finance Corporation allots 29,648 equity shares under ESOP

India Shelter Finance Corporation has allotted 29,648 equity shares under ESOP on 23 September 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 54,59,84,825 consisting of 10,91,96,965 equity shares having a face value of Rs. 5/- each.
