Radico Khaitan has allotted 6,667 equity shares under ESOP on 23 September 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital of the company has increased to 13,39,89,065 equity shares of face value of Rs. 2/- each aggregating to Rs. 26,79,78,130/-.
