Oracle Financial Services Software has allotted 18,890 equity shares under OFSS Stock Plan 2014 on 22 September 2026. With this allotment, the paid up capital of the Company has increased to Rs. 435,510,085/- divided into 87,102,017 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5/- each.
