Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC allots 16,637 equity shares under ESOP

Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC has allotted 16,637 equity shares under ESOP on 21 September 2026. Consequent to the above allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs 1,44,68,75,675 (i.e. 28,93,75,135 equity shares of face value Rs 5 each).
