IIFL Finance allots Rs 130-cr NCDs on private placement basis

IIFL Finance has allotted 13,000 Secured, Listed, Rated, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures of the face value of Rs 1 lakh each and aggregating to Rs 130 crore, in dematerialised form and on private placement basis.
