Board of TD Power Systems approves raising Rs 75 cr via preferential issue of shares

The board of TD Power Systems has allotted 12.50 lakh equity shares of face value of Re 1 each at an issue price of Rs 600 per equity share aggregating to Rs 75 crore on preferential basis.
