Kirloskar Ferrous Industries allots 1.23 lakh equity shares under ESOP

Kirloskar Ferrous Industries has allotted 1,23,240 equity shares under ESOS on 21 September 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs 82,57,56,270 comprising of 16,51,51,254 equity shares of Rs 5 each.
