Syncom Formulations fixes record date for dividend

Syncom Formulations (India) has fixed 23 September 2026 as record date for the purpose of determining the entitlement of members for payment of dividend at the rate of 10% i.e. Rs. 0.10 per equity share of Rs.1/- each for the financial year 2025-26, if any.
