Paisalo Digital has allotted 12,447 Rated, Listed, Unsecured, Redeemable, Taxable, Transferable, Non-Convertible Debentures of face value of Rs 1 lakh each aggregating to Rs 124.47 crore on private placement basis on 18 September 2026.
