Viyash Scientific allots 11.07 lakh equity shares under ESOP

Viyash Scientific has allotted 11,07,309 equity shares under ESOP on 18 September 2026.

Consequent to the aforesaid allotment, the issued and paid-up equity share capital of the company has increased from Rs. 88,10,40,722/- consisting of 44,05,20,361 equity shares of Rs. 2 each to Rs. 88,32,55,340/-, comprising of 44,16,27,670 equity shares of Rs. 2 each.
