Power Grid to raise up to Rs 5,000 cr via private placement of bonds

Power Grid Corporation of India has approved the raising of funds by way of issuance of 'Unsecured, Non-convertible, Non-cumulative, Redeemable, Taxable POWERGRID Bonds - LXXXIV (84th) Issue 2026-27' (for an amount upto Rs. 5,000 crore) on private placement.
