Infosys allots 44,116 equity shares under ESOP

Infosys has allotted 44,116 equity shares under ESOP. Consequently, effective from 18 September 2026, the issued and subscribed share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs 20,29,13,82,890/- divided into 4,05,82,76,578 equity shares of face value of Rs 5/- each.
