Alkyl Amines Chemicals has allotted 2,047 equity shares under ESOP on 17 September 2026. Upon allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased from 10,22,92,354/- divided into, 11,46,177 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each to Rs. 10,22,96,448/- divided into 5,11,48,224 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.
