Arvind Fashions allots 32,500 equity shares to ESOP Trust

Arvind Fashions has allotted 22,500 equity shares of face value of Rs 4/- each under Employee Stock Option Scheme 2016 (ESOS 2016) and 10,000 equity shares of face value of Rs 4/- each under Employee Stock Option Scheme 2022 (ESOS 2022), fully paid up to AFL ESOP Trust.
