Ind-Swift Laboratories allots 70 lakh convertible warrants

Ind-Swift Laboratories has allotted 70 lakh convertible warrants at an issue price of Rs 196 per warrant (including a premium of Rs 186 per warrant) on preferential basis upon receipt of 25% of the warrant issue price i.e., Rs. 49/- per warrant, aggregating to Rs. 34.30 crore.
