360 ONE WAM allots 3.49 lakh equity shares under ESOS

360 ONE WAM has allotted 3,49,696 equity shares of face value of Re 1 each under ESOS on 17 September 2026.

With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 40,79,14,200/- comprising of 40,79,14,200 equity shares of Re. 1/- each.
