ESAF Small Finance Bank board to consider raising Tier II capital

The board of ESAF Small Finance Bank will meet on 23 September 2026 to consider and approve the proposal to raise funds by way of issuance of non-convertible debentures (Tier II Bonds) on preferential basis through private placement.
