SBI Life Insurance Company has allotted 55,501 equity shares under ESOS on 17 September 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 10,03,40,50,730/- consisting of 1,00,34,05,073 equity shares of Rs. 10 each.
