Alan Scott Enterprises allots 9.52 lakh partly paid up equity shares

Alan Scott Enterprises has allotted 9,52,931 partly paid-up equity shares of face value of Rs 10/- each to the eligible shareholders/applicants of the Company pursuant to the rights issue, against receipt of the requisite application money.
