ITC allots 7.35 lakh ordinary shares under ESOS

ITC has allotted 7,35,050 Ordinary Shares of Re 1/- each, upon exercise of 73,505 Options by Optionees under the Company's Employee Stock Option Schemes.

Consequently, with effect from 17 September 2026, the Issued and Subscribed Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs 1253,05,17,081/- divided into 1253,05,17,081 Ordinary Shares of Re 1/- each.
