Kopran allots 40,500 equity shares under ESOP

Kopran has allotted 40,500 equity shares under ESOP on 16 September 2026. Consequent to the allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 48326105 equity shares of Re. 10/- each aggregating to Rs. 48,32,61,050/-.
