Vimta Labs allots 12,955 equity shares under ESOP

Vimta Labs has allotted 12,955 equity shares under ESOP on 16 September 2026. The paid-up share capital of the Company has accordingly increased from 8,93,73,808 consisting of 4,46,86,904 equity shares having a face value of Rs 2/- each to 8,93,99,718 consisting of 4,46,99,859 equity shares having a face value of Rs 2/- each.
