COMEX Silver futures stabilized today after testing near one-month low. Gold is also higher as markets eye the US Fed monetary policy decision outlook later on tonight. There is some stability in Chinese Silver storage as well. The sharp rise in Chinese Silver inventories has now given way to a more measured uptick. The latest data from Shanghai Futures Exchange (SHFE) showed that total inventories on warrant in the exchange stood at 1407505 kg as on 11 September August 2026, up 724 kg compared to previous week. The stockpiles had spiked sharply in recent weeks but gains seem to be tapering off now. COMEX Silver futures are currently trading at $65 per ounce, up 1.74% on the day. The counter had witnessed tepid moves after falling around 2% last week. MCX Silver futures are up 1.20% at Rs 234910 per kg after hitting highs around Rs 236100 per kg.
