Fedbank Financial Services allots 42,250 equity shares under ESOP

Fedbank Financial Services has allotted 42,250 equity shares under ESOS on 15 September 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 3,75,14,17,820 /- consisting of 37,51,41,782 equity shares having a face value of Rs. 10/- each.
