Economic Buzz: Japan posts ?1.1T trade deficit in August

Japan's trade deficit widened to ?1.106 trillion in August from a revised ?638.3 billion in July, official data showed.

Exports rose 19.3% year over year, slowing from a 23.2% increase the previous month, while imports jumped 28%, slightly accelerating from July.
