IDFC First Bank allots 4.86 lakh equity shares under ESOS

IDFC First Bank has allotted 4,86,713 equity shares under ESOS on 11 September 2026. Post allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs 86,22,19,62,360/- comprising of 8,62,21,96,236 equity shares of Rs 10/- each fully paid-up.
