EPL receives ratings action from India Ratings

EPL announced that India Ratings and Research has, on 10 September 2026, revised the Issuer Rating assigned to the Company, while re-affirming the Rating assigned for the Commercial Papers as under:

Issuer Rating - IND AA+/Rating Watch with Developing Implications (placed on Rating Watch with Developing Implications)

Commercial paper - IND A1+ (affirmed)
