India Ratings assigns credit rating to Arvind SmartHomes

Arvind SmartSpaces announced that Arvind SmartHomes, a material subsidiary of the Company, has been assigned the credit rating IND A/ Stable for proposed optionally convertible debentures of Rs 100 crore.
