Physicswallah allots 41.22 lakh equity shares under ESOP

Physicswallah has allotted 41,22,180 equity shares under ESOP on 10 September 2026. Consequent to the aforementioned allotment, the paid-up share capital of the Company shall increase from Rs 2,90,08,86,652 to Rs 2,90,50,08,832.
