Tata Consumer Products allots 5,163 equity shares under ESOP

Tata Consumer Products has allotted 5,163 equity shares under ESOP on 10 September 2026. Consequently, the paid-up equity shares capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 98,96,90,012 divided into 98,96,90,012 equity shares of Re. 1/- each to Rs. 98,96,95,175 divided into 98,96,95,175 equity shares of Re.1/- each.
