Abans Financial Services allots 3.77 lakh equity shares under ESOP

Abans Financial Services has allotted 3,77,831 equity shares under ESOP on 10 September 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs.10,24,35,180/- consisting of 5,12,17,590 equity shares having face value of Rs.2/- each.
