Protean eGov Technologies allots 1.57 lakh equity shares under ESOP

Protean eGov Technologies has allotted 1,57,971 equity shares under ESOP on 10 September 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 40,77,91,650/- comprising of 4,07,79,165 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each.
