Shadowfax Technologies allots 1.57 lakh equity shares under ESOP

Shadowfax Technologies has allotted 1,57,314 equity shares under ESOP on 10 September 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 5,86,88,78,800/- (comprising 58,68,87,880 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each).
