MCX Evening Update: Bullion futures tumble, Silver down around 4%

Bullion futures tumbled today, giving up in evening trades. MCX Gold is down 1.08% at Rs 152102 per 10 grams after hitting highs above Rs 154000 per 10 grams in early trades. MCX Silver has lost heavily and is currently down 4% at Rs 234527 per kg as highs above Rs 244000 per kg failed to sustain amid highly volatile trades. The open interest in the counter soared 7% so far today.
