Metropolis Healthcare has allotted 66,312 equity shares at an exercise price of Rs 2/- each aggregating to Rs 1,32,624/- against the Restrictive Stock Units ('RSUs') vested in and exercised by the employees of the Company under the MHL-RSU Plan, 2020.
