Delhivery allots 1.27 lakh equity shares under ESOP

Delhivery has allotted 1,27,439 equity shares under ESOP on 09 September 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased from Rs. 74,91,66,930/- to Rs. 74,92,94,369/-.
