Tilaknagar Industries allots 4.24 lakh equity shares under ESOP

Tilaknagar Industries has allotted 4,24,025 equity shares under ESOP on 08 September 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 24,78,97,900 equity shares of Rs 10 each.
