Wework India Management allots 2.79 lakh equity shares under ESOP

Wework India Management has allotted 2,79,961 equity shares under ESOP on 08 September 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 13,88,70,213 equity shares of Rs 10 each.
